Please plan to arrive about 3:30-3:45PM for parking and seating. Ceremony will begin at 4PM.

Please no phones out during the ceremony. You can capture embarrassing dance moments in the reception. We have a paid photographer who will capture the beauty of the ceremony for you. We do not want photos that end up with people's phones in them. Thank you for respecting this.
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
A spare pair of shoes for dancing is suggested! Don't let your heels or dress shoes hold you back.
Dinner will be served around 5:20. It will be buffet serve-yourself style dismissed by table group in random order. Sit anywhere you please and with whomever you please as long as it is not a specifically reserved table. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be provided. Please only select the gluten free option if you have an allergy or sensitivity to gluten or the vegetarian option if you are a vegetarian as there are not as much of these options as the main course. Stop by the sweet treats table for desserts.
5:45 pm - 6:30 pm
After/during meal time we will listen to a few speeches. This will start with the few members of the bridal party or family who were asked to give a toast. Get that glass ready for some toasts!
6:45 pm - 9:00 pm
Feel free to let loose! Guests are encouraged to dance and sing along as loudly and obnoxiously as they so choose. Songs can be requested on the spot or in advance. During this time a photo booth will also be open and the sweet treats table will still be open for light snacking. Please have a good time, drink responsibly, and have a designated driver. The venue has asked that we strictly enforce their policy of music off at 9PM. Please be understanding of this rule and let's make great memories within the time allotted!
9:15 pm
At approximately 9:00PM the bride and groom will make their exit out. Please stay if you are able to send them off. Between 9-9:15PM we ask you make your way to the exit and head on home. Our families are graciously cleaning up the after party so it would be very helpful if we could all get out of their hair so they can make it home at a decent hour as well. All items left behind will be returned to the bride and groom and it is up to you to reach out if you are missing something. Please be responsible and do not drive if you are drinking. Buddy up with a friend, call an uber, or don't drink if you think it could be an issue. We hope you all have a fun and safe time! If you captured any great photos please text or email them to Hannah!
