As of right now everything is going along as scheduled.. We will have masks available and hand sanitizer stations. Our venue is outdoors with a covered area for the reception so social distancing can be practiced. As of current dinner will be served to you on the buffet line to help put you at ease as well as 6 feet between tables. For the ceremony and dinner there is no assigned seating it will all be open.. We will keep things updated on the website if any changes do occur.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Seating will begin at 5pm, so please arrive with time to spare.
There is plenty of parking at the venue with a shuttle to the castle! If you're worried about getting lost or would like to enjoy a few adult beverages, please plan a place to lay your head or a safe ride home.
Attire is cocktail! Gentlemen, grab your dress pants and a button up and add a tie if you'd like. Ladies, a nice dress or jumpsuit is perfect. Whatever you do, please wear comfy shoes! The venue is outdoors with lots of beautiful scenery to explore and we want you to have happy dancing feet.
If you've received a guest plus one with your invitation then of course. If you haven't and you've got a new special person in your life you'd like to dance the night away with, then please contact us so we can try to accommodate them!
Absolutely! Just make sure you include them on your RSVP. We'd love to have your littles celebrate with us, but if you're feeling like a night to let loose, we totally get that, too!
We wish you could make it and are sure our big day won't be the same without you! We please ask that you still RSVP, even if the answer is unfortunately a no. This is to save us the trouble of hunting you down to make sure your invite didn't just get lost in the mail!
To ensure our vendors have a final guest count, we'd ask that you RSVP by July 1st, 2021. You can easily do so by going to the RSVP tab on our website. We have also included a stamped envelope in your invitation to send back to us at your earliest convenience.
We'd like to see all of your beautiful faces and for you to witness our love without the distraction of devices during our ceremony! We ask that you please keep all cell phones and cameras turned off or put away during the ceremony portion of our evening. We've hired a wonderful team to capture all of our special moments and we promise to share them with you! During the reception, feel free to take all the photos and videos you would like as long as you don't get in the way of the professionals during moments such as the first dance and parent dances. If there's any photos or videos you'd like to share, please remember to use our hashtag #hannahbecomeshilton on all socials so we can find them once the night is over!
Of course, we love to eat! After the ceremony we will have a cocktail hour for you to mingle and find a seat. We will also have dinner shortly after this. Later in the night there will be cake/desserts when you need a break to refuel from all the fun!
You don't need to, but you might have a little more fun if you do! We have paid for Nonalcoholic drinks, as well as alcoholic drinks for a few hours. Please feel free if you're so inclined to give an extra thank you to our fantastic bartender, or DJ who will be taking requests :)
