Is the reception and ceremony in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Ke‘alohi Point at He‘ia State Park (46-465 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744). There is parking in the main lot of the park, at the ceremony will be held behind the banquet hall, near the water.

What type of food will there be at the reception?

Should I rent a car?

Answer

There is so much to explore and see on the island that a car rental is recommended, however the lack of free parking options at most Waikiki hotels and the higher cost of visiting Hawaii may be deterrents. Please see the "Travel" tab to see public transportation options. Uber and Lyft is readily available on the island.
