FAQs

Question

Will there be parking provided?

Answer

Yes, the venue provides parking to all guests. There will be an open gravel lot visible upon arrival.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP to us no later than the Sept 23, 2025 deadline. If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by this date, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we need to provide an accurate guest count to our vendors within a timely manner.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited when you RSVP

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm CT. The venue allows guests to arrive up to 30 minutes early before the event, but please arrive no later than 4:15 pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The attire is semi-formal. The ceremony will be outdoors, but will have a paved walkway and mulched seating area.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a phone or camera blocking that moment. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like and share them with us!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time before Sept 23. There will not be a paper RSVP included, so if you would prefer to, feel free to contact Kim Bloomer (615-574-0106) and RSVP through her.
