Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie optional. Gentlemen may wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie, while ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. We want everyone to feel elegant and comfortable. What not to wear: Casual clothing (jeans, shorts, sundresses, t-shirts, or flip flops). Anything overly casual or beachy (no sneakers or sandals). White, ivory, or cream dresses (let’s save those shades for the bride).

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you take this opportunity to treat this celebration as a night to relax and enjoy.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at Hotel Avail in Rogers, AR. Please note: the room blocks are available for two-night stays only. You can use the link provided in the "Travel" tab or mention the Lewis/Mann wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate. Alternatively, if you prefer a different type of accommodation, there are several short-term rental options available in the Bentonville/Rogers area including vacation rentals through platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and other local listings. These can be a great choice for those looking for more space, privacy, or a longer stay.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

All events will be held at Osage House in Cave Springs, AR. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be on site. Cocktail hour will be outdoors under a covered space.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No formal transportation will be provided. However, parking is available at the venue, and both Uber and Lyft are accessible in the area for your convenience. Vehicles may be left overnight and can be picked up the next day 9am to 11am.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

We anticipate the ceremony taking place around 5:00 p.m. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you’re seated and ready to celebrate with us. Following the ceremony we will celebrate with cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and reception. The reception will likely conclude by 11:00 p.m.

When should I R.S.V.P. by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 1, 2026. This helps us finalize all the details (like food, drinks, and your spot on the dance floor!). If you miss the deadline, please reach out to us directly as soon as possible so we can let you know if we’re still able to accommodate your response.
