Please reserve your room by Wednesday, August 21, 2024. When you reserve, you will have to specify that you are with the Tilstra/Frey Wedding Block. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel front desk directly at 952-469-1134. All reservations can be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or by an advanced deposit. Guaranteed no shows will be billed to the individual attendee. Reservation requests received after the above date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. If the room block is full or not available, please let us know so we can unlock more rooms to be booked under our block rate. Thank you!

A note on transportation to and from the Gardens - there is parking available on site for those who are driving, but you cannot leave the cars parked at the venue overnight. For those arriving to the venue who will not have a car, we recommend scheduling a ride ahead of time with either a rideshare app (Uber/Lyft) or local taxi services (https://citygaltransportation.com/). Northfield is about 45 minutes outside of the Twin Cities and Ubers may be limited, we encourage everyone to please carpool with other family and friends if possible! We will be providing a return shuttle service for guests after the wedding - there will be a 56-person bus for guests to leave the venue that will drop guests off at the blocked hotels in Lakeville and Northfield that will arrive once at 9:30pm and again at 11:00pm.
