We kindly suggest sticking to black or dark, elegant colors—think chic and sophisticated. Please skip the light shades and whites. Dress to impress and get ready to dance the night away in style!
We love love, but dates are only welcome if your invitation specifically says so. Since we’ll have a carefully planned seating chart, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. If it’s just your name on the invite, we can’t wait to celebrate with just you!
Please RSVP by August 25th. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept RSVPs after this date as we’ll need final numbers to finalize the seating chart, catering, and all the other fun details. Make sure to let us know in time—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total quest counts to the venue and vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day.) There will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you.
We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to give yourself plenty of time to park and get settled. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45 PM—the gates to the venue will close 5 minutes before the ceremony starts, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a single moment!
We absolutely love kids, but for our special day, we’ve decided to make it an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night out, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means no phones, cameras, or photos during this special moment. Don’t worry—we’ve hired an amazing team of photographers, videographers, and a content creator to beautifully capture every detail of our ceremony. This is a deeply personal time for us, and we kindly ask you to respect our wishes (and our very expensive investment!) by keeping your phones tucked away until cocktail hour. Once the bride and groom exit the ceremony, feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and throughout the rest of the evening! We’ll be sharing our professional photos on social media as soon as we get them, so you won’t miss a single moment of the magic. Thank you for helping us keep this time intimate and distraction-free!

Everything will happen at The Stables at Cherokee Creek. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, and then we’ll move inside to celebrate the night away with dinner and dancing!
Yes! Parking will be available at the venue. Just a heads up—cars cannot stay overnight, so please plan accordingly. And here’s a little teaser… we may have a fun surprise to bring our guests from the parking lot to the celebration. Get ready for a little extra flair to kick off the festivities!
