Getting to Ryland

If you marked that you would like to use the provided shuttles on your RSVP, please check the email you provided to us for detailed information on timeline and pickup points. The general times and bus locations are as follows: 4:10 pm Arrive at Hotels (See below) 4:25 pm Depart from Hotel to Ryland Lakes Country Club 5:00 pm Arrive at Ryland Lakes Country Club 5:30 pm Ceremony Begins Locals, AirBNB-ers, and Hotel Covington guests will take the shuttle from Hotel Covington. Radisson guests will take the shuttle from the Radisson. There is only one bus departure from Covington to Ryland. Returning From Ryland

June 10, 2023 9:30 pm - 11:30 pm

There will be multiple shuttle trips from Ryland to Covington throughout the evening. Please see the schedule below for your own reference. If you do choose to leave your car in Ryland overnight, please retrieve it by 1 pm on Sunday. Return Trips: Trip 1: 9:30 pm Trip 2: 10:00 pm Final Trip: 11:30 pm Please note: While it is relatively easy to Uber from Covington to Ryland Lakes Country Club, the options for return Ubers are quite limited. Please take extra care to make one of the return bus trips - there is plenty of space on each trip!

Cincinnati (CVG)

The Cincinnati airport (actually located on the Kentucky side of the river!) is about 15 minutes from our reserved hotel blocks and 30 minutes from our wedding venue. Most major airlines offer round trip flights to Cincinnati and there are plenty of ride share and car rental options available. See airport website for more information.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Radisson Hotel in Covington, KY for the weekend. It's a quick walk to Covington's Mainstrasse neighborhood with great food and bars!

We have a limited number of rooms blocked at Hotel Covington for our wedding weekend. This location is also a quick walk to restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
