Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Hotel Baker.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, your guest's name will appear on the envelope and under your name when you RSVP.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so that we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Our wedding will be an adults only (21+) event. Those invited will be included on the invitation and under your name when you RSVP. Please make arrangements in advance and enjoy a night off!

Where should I park?

Answer

Hotel Baker does not have a designated parking lot. There are several options in downtown St. Charles for free, overnight parking. Please see the parking map on the Travel page. If you are not staying on-site, there will be shuttle service provided to a nearby hotel and plenty of Ubers in the area.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior in order to park and find your seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and that phones/cameras are put away.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Hotel Baker is a boutique hotel and historical venue. We would love for our guests to stay on-site, but if a modern suite is more your style please consider booking at one of the other hotels in the area (see Travel page). There are also some Airbnbs nearby.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is formal. Tuxes, suits, gowns, and formal dresses. Ladies, please no white, ivory, or cream colored dresses.
