Yes, this is a family-friendly event. We encourage you to bring your kids to celebrate with us!

How do I communicate dietary needs?

Please RSVP to communicate dietary needs. Bill and Tim’s will be catering and are providing a variety of dietary-inclusive options, but we can better accommodate if we know ahead of time.

Anywhere between cocktail attire and earthy semi-formal.

Is the wedding an unplugged event (no cell phones)?

Please do not take photos during the ceremony in order to allow our photographer to do her work. The reception isn't an unplugged event.

What about parking? (TL;DR: Bring $5 cash for parking)

Answer

There will be a parking attendant at the entrance to the arboretum. Parking at Mount Pisgah Arboretum costs $5, a lane county parks pass, or a Mount Pisgah Arboretum pass. The fee machine is located at the top tier of the parking lot closest to the event site, or the parking attendant will also be offering parking passes for cash only.

Will there be an open bar?

We will be offering coffee, iced tea, beer, wine, cider, non-alcoholic beer, and a signature cocktail for no charge. Don't forget to bring a tip for your lovely bartender!

Can I take pictures of the wedding and post them?

Answer

Not everyone likes to have their photos on the internet, so please share photos only after you've asked the folks in your shot, and after we have had a chance to share this step in our lives ourselves. Please be courteous of blocking others' views!
