Question

What's the food situation?

Answer

Small bites, hors d'oeuvres, and charcuterie will be available throughout all planned events. Food Trucks will be serving a wide range of dishes (your preference entirely) from 4pm-7pm with a few later-night options. Food truck options will be listed with menus when available. We have kept all vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and nut-free guests in mind when making food arrangements.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes. We have a drive-up bar with 3 beers on-tap, and several wine options. Bar will be open from 3pm-8pm, and is open/all included. There will be non-alcoholic beverage options available to all.

Do I need to bring cash?

Answer

Only to tip any of the food or beverage tenders, if you would like to. Otherwise, no!

Is there parking?

Answer

Tons of parking spaces on the lawn/gravel areas! There will be parking attendants at the start of the cocktail & welcome event (3pm-3:30pm), who will assist in arranging cars appropriately.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We are asking our guests to generally be comfortable, yet semi-formal. The term we've borrowed is "formal-funky"! Dress fun, funky, different & weird. There are plenty of dancing opportunities, as well as a photo booth!

Are the campgrounds hard to navigate? Is there a lot of walking?

Answer

Very minimal amount of walking. There will be signage and lit paths to follow, making the grounds easier to navigate. Everything is happening almost on top of each other, making walking around not difficult or hazardous. The most walking will occur between your parked car and the ceremony- which would account for maybe a 2-5 minute walk. The same distance is between the ceremony space and reception/food area. A more detailed map will be available closer to the day. Reach out to us with any questions or concerns!

Is there anything that can help someone who needs more assistance walking around?

Answer

The plan is to make a golf cart (or two, possibly) available to guests that require more assistance walking from each location.

What if it rains?

Answer

An outdoor ceremony space is an option if it rains, and all other FAQs remain the same. Same parking situation, with slightly more walking to-and-from the ceremony/reception.
