Transportation Schedule 3:30 PM All guests lodging at Holiday Inn Express and taking the provided transportation to the ceremony and reception, please wait in the Holiday Inn Express, Meadville lobby. 3:45 PM The shuttle will depart Holiday Inn Express, Meadville, and will travel to Hampton Inn, Meadville. 3:45 PM All guests lodging at Hampton Inn and taking the provided transportation to the ceremony and reception, please wait in the Hampton Inn, Meadville lobby. 4:00 PM The shuttle will depart Hampton Inn, Meadville, and will travel to The Harper for the ceremony and reception. 4:30 PM Ceremony & celebration will immediately follow. 9:30 PM The shuttle will depart from The Harper for guests who would like to go back to the hotels early. 10:30 PM Reception concludes. 10:45 PM The shuttle will depart from The Harper and will drop off guests at Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn. Travel time from the hotels to The Harper is approximately fifteen minutes. Please note, that guests with other lodging accommodations can still take the provided transportation!
