Will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding?

Yes, we will be providing transportation from our hotel blocks to Castle Hill Inn and back. Please check our wedding website as we get closer to the date for pick up times!

When should we make our hotel reservations?

As soon as possible. Newport is very popular during the summer months and we want to ensure you get a reservation at one of our room blocks! Please book as soon as possible.

Yes, the ceremony is out on the lawn.

Yes, AOT Global provides airport transfers. Please contact them in advance to make your reservation.

What is the dress code for the wedding day?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie. Please plan for tuxedos for men, and long gowns (summer colors encouraged) for ladies. *Avoid yellow as that’s the color the bridesmaids will be wearing*

What is the dress code for the rehearsal dinner and welcome party?

Formal cocktail attire. We encourage our guests to incorporate the color blue!

Are children invited to the wedding events?

Answer

As much as we love children, our events are adult focused. Please plan for a parents night out and come celebrate with us!

Who is included and invited on my invitation?

Answer

Please note that only the guests listed on the invitation are invited to the wedding and events (And no substitutions). Due to our venue location and capacity we cannot accommodate any unplanned for guests.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please refrain from taking photos & videos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Our photographers will capture every special memory and we’ll be sure to share all the photos with you afterward! Feel free to snap pictures anytime after the ceremony—you’ll have plenty of opportunities to capture your own beautiful memories then.
