Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids, they are always welcome. Just let us know if you are bringing them or if you've decided to have a night off!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal, please. But we want you to be comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose! (And remember, it is all outdoors, so keep that in mind too)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes. If not, then we would prefer it was just you.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We have booked a wedding block at the Hampton Inn, who provide a shuttle service. See the travel tab for more information.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be in the rose garden that has a parking lot right behind it. The reception is a short walk to the Circle of Trees but also has a parking lot that you are more than welcome to drive over to.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". This just means we are asking that all phones be put away and put on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we have hired a professional to capture the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
