We met at Camp Lutherock in Newland, North Carolina where we spent the Summer of 2018 as camp counselors together. It wasn't until January of 2019 that we started dating. We were back at camp to work a ski retreat and realized that we wanted to be more than friends. Since January of 2019 we have had countless adventures together and we are so excited for this next chapter!

December of 2019 we went to Munich, Germany to see the Christmas markets and visit Samuel's family. On the last day of our trip we had plans to take the train down to the Alps to go skiing. We spent the day skiing and before we got back on the train to Munich, we went up to the top of Zugspitze, the highest point in Germany. Then, in front of the beautiful scenery, Samuel got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! It was the best surprise, and I immediately said yes!! We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with you! See you in Asheville!
