We first met in high school, where we shared a few classes but never really spoke much. We knew of each other, but at the time neither of us could have imagined where life would eventually take us. Two years after graduation, in March 2020, we were both focused on school and living in different states. Sam was attending school in Florida, while Hannah was still living at home in Michigan. One night, while celebrating with friends, Sam found the courage to send a message and admit the feelings that he had always had. That message changed everything. Not long afterward, Sam traveled to back home to Michigan. During this time is when we went on our first date. What started as a conversation quickly turned into daily phone calls and constant messages. Despite the distance, we made time for each other, and he would visit whenever he could. In November, Hannah traveled to Florida to visit for a few days. During that trip, Sam surprised Hannah with a trip to Disney for her very first time. Surrounded by the magic of the day, the relationship was made official. What started as a simple high school connection grew into a relationship built on friendship, patience, and countless phone calls, visits, and memories. Looking back, it's amazing to think that all of this began with one message in March 2020. We are so grateful for every step that brought us here, and we're excited to celebrate the next chapter of our story with all of you.
