Please RSVP as soon as you can! We need all RSVP’s by May 3rd at the latest as we need to make sure we will have enough food for everyone.
If you have any food allergies and are worried about foods being at the wedding that you can’t consume or come in contact with please reach out to the bride or add it to your rsvp card! We take food allergies very seriously and want to help make sure all guests feel safe and welcome on our special day!
There will be a buffet style dinner with roast pork and turkey as the main meats. We have options for kids meals for any families who have younger kiddos who might not want to try the buffet. We also have the option of a vegetarian/ vegan meal for anyone who might need it. -this option will only be there for you if you specifically request one with the bride or groom.
While we want all of our guests to be comfortable we do ask that you dress up a bit and to please keep the work boots at home.
For those attending the ceremony we ask that you start arriving by 1pm as we are aiming to start at 1:30pm. After the ceremony the wedding party will be out and about taking pictures. Guests are welcome to start arriving at the reception at 4pm where there will be hors d’oeuvre, a chocolate fountain, and a photo booth. The wedding party is aiming to arrive by 4:30 which will kick off the night!
There will a buffet set up with roast pork and turkey as the main meets along with various sides. We do have a kids menu option since not all kids may enjoy the buffet. If your child will be wanting a kids meal please state so on your rsvp or message the bride directly.
All kids are more than welcome, we will have some activities set to the side to help keep the them entertained! As for plus ones, check with the bride and groom if you are unsure as it can very from person to person.
On your invitation it should state the time and location of the ceremony if you’re needing to attend. We apologize to those who didn’t receive an invitation with this information on it! Due to size of our desired location for our ceremony we sadly can’t have all of our guests attend the ceremony.
If you have pictures of the bride and groom we ask that you allow us to post first. But if there are any pictures you took of you or with your family you are more than welcome to post!
