On Hannah's 21st birthday, Ryan took her to their special "spot" that over looked the city. He turned their song Fire and Flood by Vance Joy on the car stereo. When the music was playing and Hannah was running around the field, she looked over and he was down on one knee with a ring pop! She was in shock, to say the least, because he remembered what she said. Hannah had stated in the past that she wouldn't mind getting a ring pop for a ring as long as it was watermelon flavored and it was! As Ryan said his speech asking her to marry him, she cried, got down on the ground with him, and said "Yes". When they got back in the car, he had a special birthday gift for her. THE RING.

Ryan and Hannah are one year apart in age and grade. During school, they saw each other in passing but never had a conversation together. It wasn’t until August 1, 2016 that they swiped right on each other’s dating profile and matched on Tinder, of all places! On the very first date, Hannah was running late because she couldn't decide what to wear. Only for her to later find out, they lived 2 blocks away from each other. Since then, and with each anniversary that passes by, Ryan would say to Hannah, "I still remember you pulling up in a light blue convertible with that stunning white dress. I was in awe on how beautiful you are." It was the start of their beginning. To date nights and grocery afternoons, they continue their journey together. WITH LOVE.
