Please RSVP as soon as possible and no later than the 28th February. If you are a day guest, please ensure meal choices are submitted when RSVPing using the google doc form. Please complete the form for each person in your party. If we have not received an RSVP by the 28th February we will assume you will not be attending. Unfortunately, if you are a day guest we will not be able to accommodate you without an RSVP by the mentioned date as we need to hand final numbers to the venue.
Due to numbers, we are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation.
Whilst we love your little ones, only children within the family have received an invitation. They will be named on the invitation.
We would love you to dress up in your best outfits! Our wedding will be a formal occasion. Please no jeans or white dresses.
Please arrive by 1pm for a 1:30pm ceremony start. Please note, if you are late, you will not be permitted into the ceremony. Evening guests are welcome to arrive from 7:30pm. Please note cake cutting and first dance will be 8pm.
We want everyone to be present during the ceremony so please keep phones away and on silent. Our fantastic photographer and videographer will capture the special moments. Please do not post or share any photos of the bride or groom before they have shared their first official photos.
For day guests with a dietary requirement, there is space to inform us within our RSVP form. Please let us know, as the hotel will do their best to accommodate. If you are vegetarian or vegan, please specify which when ordering your meal.
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12 noon. Payment for rooms will be taken on arrival. If you have booked a room through Hannah & Robbie and you have any questions, please get in touch.
Confetti will be provided at the hotel for after the ceremony.
The wedding will be held indoors but we still hope for a sunny day! If weather permitting, confetti and wedding party/immediate family pictures will be outside.
