We're so excited to celebrate with you!

In the summer of 2016, Rhett and I were set up on a blind date. He drove from The Citadel to Columbia where I was at USC and took me to Publico in Five Points. From that night on....the rest is history! We spent 4 years traveling back and forth from Charleston to Columbia to see each other almost every weekend. Finally, I moved to Charleston in the summer of 2020 and we got to live in the same city for the first time. It was the most fun getting to finally date whenever we wanted to. It wasn't even a year later that I had some friends in town from college and we were supposed to meet at the Vendue rooftop bar for drinks. Little did I know, he had a much different plan in mind. We just happened to arrive a little early so we took a walk on the battery before walking to Vendue and he proposed on the water just before sunset. Then, we went to Vendue where all of our friends and family were waiting to celebrate with us. It was the most perfect day of our lives! We cannot wait to celebrate our love in two of the places that are most special to us, The Citadel and Boone Hall Plantation, on June 25, 2022. We are so excited for this next chapter and to see how much God continues to bless us in marriage!
