Once they get into the automated system, have them press 0 for the front desk attendant. Do not press 1 for reservations. Once the front desk agent greets them, your guests can give them the code HSW. Please do not call between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. That is heavy check in time and their agents will not be to give our guests the best experience. Guests must identify themselves as being with the group, Hannah Stillman Wedding Event Group Oct 2024, at the time the reservation is made to receive the special group rate. Guest have until 9/5/2024 to reserve rooms at special rate.
