Miranda and Hannah both attended Loyola University Chicago. They became close friends during their 4 years together as roommates after college. Miranda was a major part of Hannah's engagement surprise

John was Pat's Fraternity Big brother during their time at Loyola. They bonded immediately through their love of Notre Dame football, Country Music, and Whiskey. Hannah is now a fan of all of these as well.
Rachel Sawyer

Rachel is also one of Hannah's childhood best friends. They attended the same grade school and have been on some great adventures together. Arizona, Peru, and even 2 Street during the Mummers Parade!
Joe Randazzo

Joe was one of Patrick's fraternity brothers at Loyola. They lived together for 2 years (even sharing a room at one point). He was also the original third wheel to Pat and Hannah always joining them for some fun brunches in college.
Grace Schlegel

Grace is Hannah's cousin. These two have been together since day one filled with memories down the beach at Cape May Point and now weddings and babies.
Connell Donaghy

Connell is Hannah's first cousin. They grew up together bike riding down the beach and one of the reasons she loves Philly sports so much. Patrick initiated himself into the family by allowing Connell to gloat at the infamous Eagles vs. Bears "Double Doink" playoff game
Kathleen Siegmund

Kathleen is Patrick's sister. Being so close in age, her and Patrick are extremely close. She was his first travel buddy, the best baker in the family, and sparked the groom's cooking interest.
Anthony Wight

Anthony is Pat's childhood friend from 5th grade. They met when Anthony was the new kid in school, he offered Pat pizza, and the rest is history. When Mr. Siegmund is not around, they can share some fun stories working in his warehouse.

Daria was Hannah's first friend she met at Loyola living right across the hall freshman year. They'll fill you in on some of the memories, but will keep the embarrassing ones to themselves...

Brian is also one of Patrick's fraternity brothers from Loyola. Patrick and Brian instantly bonded over the love of the Cubs, Bears, and Loyola Basketball. His and his wife's dog Murphy motivated Hannah and Pat to get Niles!
