What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony 15 minutes early, so that you can make your way to your seat and settle in prior to the start of the ceremony.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. In Nicole's words - absolutely not!!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. We encourage everyone to wear earth tones and fall colors. Please wear shoes that you are comfortable walking on grass and gravel in.

Will it be an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

Weather permitting, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Dinner and dancing will take place inside the barn.

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

The weather can always vary this time of year in Vermont. Expect it to be in the 50s- 60s. Pack a layer for being outside just in case!

Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony as we want our guests to be relaxed and fully present. We have hired a fantastic photographer to capture all of our day's special moments. You are welcome to take all the photos that you’d like before the ceremony and during the cocktail hour and reception.

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Yes. We have Vermont's best bartender at your serivce. We will have a selection of beer, wine, liquor and soft drinks available.
