When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive by 4:45pm to ensure that everyone can take their seats before the ceremony begins.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both events will take place at the Richfield Heritage Preserve. The ceremony will be outdoors at the lakeside space near the Amity House. Following the ceremony, guests will make their way back up the path to the Lodge for cocktail hour and the reception. There will be a chauffeured golf cart to assist guests with mobility needs to the ceremony space.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is up to the parents' discretion. We love all of your little ones and they are welcome to attend. Feel free to enjoy this as a date night OR bring the kids along. Note: there will be an open bar and dancing late into the night!

Yes. Please wear formal or summer formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to capacity limits, plus ones are limited. Guests who are allowed a plus one will see an option to input their date's information on the RSVP page. If you have any questions, please reach out to Nick or Hannah.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue has two parking lots available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will need to arrange transportation to and from the wedding. The hotels listed on our "Travel" page are ten minutes from the venue.

Will there be bar service?

Answer

Yes! An open bar will be available from 5:30pm-10:30pm.
