Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a trolley running from the sister hotel, Lido Beach Resort, and a trolley running from Longboat Key Club Resort to the ceremony at Harbourside. The schedule for the trolley is: 3:45PM - Pick up from Lido Beach Resort 4:15PM - Pick up from Longboat Key Club Resort 4:30PM - Drop off at Harbourside 9PM-11:30PM - Transportation will be available to make drop offs back to both hotels as needed. Last call will be at 11:30PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is public parking at Longboat Key Club Resort and Longboat Key Club, Harbourside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please add the food allergy to the RSVP. We will be sure to let the venue know.

What do I wear?

Answer

Welcome drinks: Cocktail attire. Wedding day: Formal attire. *Please note: The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors so dress accordingly!
