When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending in your RSVP before JULY 23rd! You can simply RSVP right here on the website under the RSVP tab. Please make sure to have all your RSVPs for all your attending family members (if applicable) by this date. Once the seating chart is made, and the final numbers are turned into our venue no additional people will be allowed.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and select "Will not attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Where is the ceremony and what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside at The Barn at Fairview Acres, weather permitting, and cocktail hour to follow! We ask that you be seated by 3:45. Please plan accordingly and bring sunglasses if needed!

Where can I park?

Answer

You will be able to park just steps away from the ceremony and reception!

Will there be a shuttle bus?

Answer

Feel free to check in at one of the three recommended hotels and drop off your bags! There will be a shuttle bus that pick guests up at 3:00 at The Hampton Inn before the ceremony. The buses will also be taking guests from the reception back to the hotels/casino for drop off.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

You may leave your vehicles overnight. For the safety of our guests we recommend using our shuttle buses. Even if you don't use the shuttle buses to the ceremony you are welcome to car pool and pick up your vehicle the next morning!

Am I allowed to bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We would love our guests to have a night without worrying about the safety of their children at our venue. We ask that you kindly respect our wishes!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation.
