When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 09/10/2025. We need to submit dinner requests to our caterer and need an accurate head count. If you do not reply by the above date, we will assume you are not joining us and will not be counting you for food or on our seating chart. We understand that life can be unexpected at times so if you are unable to come after RSVPing yes, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the appropriate adjustments.

What if I cannot attend?

Answer

We completely understand! Our sincerest hope is that no one feels guilty. As you must make the best decision for your family, prior obligations, and budget. You will be met with total understanding and love from both of us. Please let us know through RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We politely request no children unless addressed on your RSVP. However, you are free to have friends or family vacation with you!

Answer

Only those named on the invitation may join us for wedding festivities. However, you are free to have friends or family vacation with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire. Suit and tie, well-tailored blazer and dress pants, jumpsuits, or mid-floor length dresses. That said, feel free to wear what makes you feel like your best self, cocktail attire without the gender rules!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suits by Hilton Dulles North Loudoun and Homewood Suits by Hilton Dulles North Loudoun. Please click the travel tab on our website and click the link under either hotel to reserve your room.

How are we supposed to get to the venue?

Answer

We have arranged transportation to and from the venue leaving from our reserved hotels with ample time to arrive at the venue. There is parking available at our venue if you wish to take your own vehicle. Uber or Lyft is also available but we want to emphasize that we have no say over availability for where our venue is. We request that those who will be partaking in drinking alcoholic beverages take the transportation we are providing or using Lyft or Uber.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors at sunset (4:30PM), please arrive by 4:00PM. Cocktail hour and the reception to follow. Those who arrive after the wedding party begins walking will not be invited to join the ceremony.

Can I take pictures on my phone or with a personal camera?

Answer

No. We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that you silence and put away all cellphones, cameras, and other devices during our ceremony. We have hired a great photographer so you can sit back and enjoy the moment with us! During the cocktail hour and reception feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like! We will also have disposable cameras during the reception if you want to get fancy with film! (We want to have a photo album from your POV!)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for the duration of our cocktail hour and reception. We know that some of our loved ones do not drink/ won’t want to drink alcohol so we have non alcoholic options including a speciality mocktail drink!

What is the vibe that I should expect at this wedding?

Answer

Hopefully a fun one! We have sent invitations with a lot of intention on who we are inviting and we want for everyone who is able to make it to feel comfortable being themselves because you being you is why we love you!
