We have chosen a family style BBQ menu... On the table: Bread, butter, codfish mousse, Algarve-style carrots and marinated olives Salads: Selection of lettuces, ‘Mountain salad’ (diced tomato, cucumber, onion and pepper), tomato and mozzarella salad, Greek salad, penne salad with pesto sauce and rocket Mains: - Peri peri chicken - Creole sausage - Sea bass fillet - Sirloin steak - Spare ribs with BBQ sauce Sides: Coriander rice, pesto fusilli, french fries, roast potatoes, coleslaw, potato and traditional mustard salad Desserts: - Fruit selection - Chocolate cake - Lemon tartlet - Sticky orange roll - Jellies Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure everyone is well catered for.
