Salads:
Selection of lettuces, ‘Mountain salad’
(diced tomato, cucumber, onion and
pepper), tomato and mozzarella salad,
Greek salad, penne salad with pesto sauce
and rocket
Mains:
- Peri peri chicken
- Creole sausage
- Sea bass fillet
- Sirloin steak
- Spare ribs with BBQ sauce
Sides:
Coriander rice, pesto fusilli, french fries,
roast potatoes, coleslaw, potato and
traditional mustard salad
Desserts:
- Fruit selection
- Chocolate cake
- Lemon tartlet
- Sticky orange roll
- Jellies
