Question

What is the closest airport to the venue?

Answer

Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is 15 minutes away from the Springhill Suites in Ooltewah and 30 minutes away from the venue.

Question

Are there any other airports that are close?

Answer

Yes, Atlanta (ATL), Knoxville (TYS), and Nashville (BNA) are all a two hour drive away.

Will there be transportation day of to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle that leaves the Springhill Suites for the venue at 2:15 and 2:30. Please try to make the earlier shuttle as there are limited seats! Shuttle will return to the hotel throughout the night at 9:30, 10, and 11 if needed

Are Ubers and Lyfts available in the area?

Answer

Uber and Lyfts have unreliable service in the area.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is parking for those who wish to drive themselves.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress in semiformal attire! For women, this would include floor length, tea length or midi summer or cocktail dress, anything with patterns, florals or colors is encouraged! For men, a summer suit, sports coat, or suit/tie is great! Please do not wear white, jeans, or casual clothing.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when RSVPing. Thanks for your understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

If your child was on your invitation they are welcome to come! We do ask for no disturbances during the ceremony, but there will be a child section available if parents need to escape there for the ceremony.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, three speciality cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages are on us!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartender who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, we are not allowed to have alcohol not served by the bartender.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. The ceremony starts at 3:30. You can arrive as early as 2:30. If you arrive late we will ask you to wait to enter until cocktail hour begins.
