Our room block cutoff date is April 9, 2026, and any reservations made after 5:00 PM on that date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.
We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire — tuxedos or dark suits for men, and floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses for women.

The Guild offers three private parking lots, along with plenty of nearby street parking. Clear signage will be available to guide you upon arrival, and all lots feature 24/7 security.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by cocktail hour and reception indoors. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will move indoors.
