Question

Is the wedding weekend kid friendly?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that the ceremony and reception be an adults-only celebration. Children are welcome to join us for the rest of the wedding weekend festivities! We're more than happy to assist with babysitting recommendations and/or connect you with other families traveling with children to coordinate arrangements for child care. Please reach out to Mike and Hannah directly for assistance (metzgeroneilwedding2025@gmail.com).

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual; wear what makes you comfortable and confident. Make sure you can move and dance! Please note that this is a rustic/outdoorsy location (i.e. lots of grass, sand, and gravel), so we recommend wedged heels or flats.

Question

How do we book on-site accommodations at Point O' Pines?

Answer

Please contact Hannah and Mike, and we will reserve a room/cabin for you (metzgeroneilwedding2025@gmail.com). Payment is due at check-in.

Question

What time is check-in/check-out?

Answer

For all guests staying on premise, you are welcome to check-in on Friday at any time. Check-out is 12:00pm on Sunday.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking on-site for the entire weekend!

Question

Do I need to bring my own bed linens and towels if I am staying in a room/cabin onsite?

Answer

No. All rooms/cabins come with bed linens, towels, and hand soap.

Question

Are the rooms/cabins equipped with refrigerators or kitchens?

Answer

No. We recommend bringing a cooler for any drinks/snacks that you would like for your stay. As this is not a traditional hotel, there are no ice machines either. However, there is a Stewart's right off of exit 25 if you need ice for your cooler.

Question

What should we bring if we are staying in a room/cabin onsite?

Answer

- Coolers (the rooms/cabins do not have refrigerators) - Toiletry items (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc.) - Hair dryer (if you need one) - Warm sweatshirt/fleece, pants, hoodie, and/or blanket for the campfire (it can definitely get chilly in the Adirondacks at night) - Active clothing and sneakers if you plan to enjoy outdoor activities during your stay - Hiking boots and backpack if you plan to go for a hike in the Adirondacks - Raingear/umbrella (hopefully you won't need it, but better safe than sorry!)

Question

Are pets allowed?

Answer

No, please leave your furry friends at home for the weekend.
