What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 3:45 p.m.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle service that can take guests to the venue from Homewood Suites by Hilton at 3:30 p.m. and back to Homewood Suites by Hilton at the end of the reception at 10:00 p.m. If guests are staying at other hotels, there will not be transportation. Please be on one of the buses by 3:30/10:00. Each bus is only making one trip both ways!
