Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to Hannah no later than November 30th, 2025 to let us know of any food allergies. We will try our best try to make an accommodation for your meal, sooner we are notified, the better!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available onsite for free. Please note the parking is in a grassy area with dirt pathway to venue entrance. This is helpful to keep in mind concerning shoe choice/decision to bring change of shoes in case of rainy weather.

Can I bring a date/ plus one/ kids?

Answer

Due to venue size, we cannot accommodate more than 50 guests. We ask that you only bring those that are listed on the invitation, if you have any questions about whether you’re invitation accounts for other people in your family, please don’t hesitate to reach out and confirm with one of us ☺️

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress in semi-formal attire. The ceremony and dance floor will be outdoors during the end of January so chilly weather is a possibility. We request that guests refrain from wearing plum/dark grey/ and sage colors as to not be confused as part of the wedding party.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than December 15th 2025 so that we have enough time to confirm guest count and make final preparations. If there are circumstances that allow you to know sooner that you will not be in attendance, we ask that you please notify one of us as soon as possible as this helps in planning and managing our guest list.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, please bring ID for proof of age and cash tips would be nice, but optional😊 There will also be nonalcoholic beverages, tea and coffee available.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! We want to see everyone’s faces when looking through our professional pictures and not their phones 🙈
