We will be providing a Complimentary Shuttle and have finalized seat numbers based on those who have expressed interest. There are currently 8 more seats available. Please let us know via the RSVP or text if you plan to ride to ensure you have a spot. Thank you! DEPARTING: 3pm LOCATION: Downtown Leavenworth- above the Front Street Park Gazebo on US Hwy 2, across the street from the Bavarian Lodge. ADDRESS: 820 Front St, Leavenworth, WA 98826 Arrives to venue: 3:30pm PICK UP: 10pm Arrives to downtown Leavenworth: 10:30pm For additional transportation needs, you can privately pay for shuttle service by calling the Leavenworth Shuttle & Taxi LLC at 509-548-7433. Brown Family Homestead 22909 Brown Rd., Leavenworth, WA 98826 *Note- The venue is about a 30-minute drive north of downtown Leavenworth. The venue is closer to the town of Plain, WA and Lake Wenatchee even though Leavenworth is the mailing address.

The venue is located on the north side of Lake Wenatchee. If the rental is listed as on Lake Wenatchee, but it’s on the opposite side of the lake, it could be a longer drive than expected. It's worth double checking the rental's location in relation to the venue and Leavenworth to be sure of where you'd like to stay.
