Rehearsal Dinner

5:00 pm - 6:45 pm

If you are in the wedding party, you will take the shuttle to the rehearsal at the venue first. The shuttle will leave from Trappeur's Crossing at 2:15 sharp. We only have room for the people in the wedding party. Plan on having your significant others or plus ones meet us at E3 Chophouse for the dinner.

Wedding

4:00 pm

Think Colorado chic- cocktail dresses and suits! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass so plan footwear accordingly.

Transportation is provided to and from the venue. DO NOT MISS THE SHUTTLE! Shuttles will leave at 2:50pm sharp from Trappeur's Crossing and second shuttle location TBD. Shuttles begin returning to these two locations starting at 8:00pm. If you need to return earlier or have other questions regarding transportation, please contact the brides or refer to FAQs. With an outdoor October wedding in Colorado, the weather could vary! The reception tent will be heated but make sure to double check the weather radar and dress accordingly :) Dinner will be served family style- get ready to eat some delicious food!
