We're Getting Married!

April 11th 2014 The day we met. It was my 13th birthday, I had a few friends over to celebrate. We all went for a walk and on the way back home we saw my neighbors across the street outside with some of their friends. One of my friends, Abbiey knew one of the four boys, Marcus. Abbiey introduced Marcus and I to one another and overtime, we became pretty close friends. Marcus and I had were best friends for years with some ups and down, as all friendships do. November 2016 Marcus and I grew apart a bit, but still shared the same group of close friends. There was a tragic accident involving one of our close friends that really brought us all back together. Our friendship grew stronger than ever during that time. After about a month or so, we started to notice feelings for one another but weren't too sure of it. We had been such good friends for so long and never saw each other in that way before. January 14, 2017 We decided to give the whole dating thing a try. Turns out, it worked out pretty well! 8 years, a dog, 3 apartments, a house, and 2 beautiful baby girls later... Here we are planning our wedding on our 9-year anniversary! Truly grateful for this life we’ve built together!
