How do you get on the island?

Answer

The only way onto Drummond Island is the ferry from Detour. The ferry leaves Detour at 40 minutes past the hour each hour, and leaves the Island at 10 minutes past the hour. The lines can get long, particularly on Friday's and Saturday's, so we recommend arriving as early as possible. Budget an extra hour in case you do not make the first ferry. Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for guests to dress up a bit for the wedding, but nothing overly formal. Think semi-formal or garden party attire, keeping in mind the relaxed setting and rural island location. We also recommend comfortable shoes for uneven ground and an extra layer for cooler evening weather.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

What can we do on the island?

Answer

Lunch: Esther's Mexican Cuisine, Johnny's BBQ, The Northwood, or Pins. Dinner: Esther's, Pins, Bayside Dinning, Chuck's Place, Trailhead restaurant, or The Northwood. Dessert: The Tee Pee! A cannot miss for ice cream on the island! Hannah's fav: flurry with chocolate ice cream and cookie dough. Logan's fav: turtle sundae.
