How far is Helena from the ceremony?

Answer

Helena is about a 35 minute drive from the ranch where the ceremony + reception will be taking place.

Is there transportation to and from Helena/hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be two bus options from the Great Northern Hotel in Helena to the ranch. Additionally, there will be two return options following the ceremony and dinner. What the heck do I wear / is there a dress code?

Answer

Our venue will be outdoors overlooking our pastures and the Little Blackfoot River where we call home. While there is no specific dress code, we'll be leaning into the western semi-formal side of things. While it is July in Montana, that can mean quite a few things. It can be hot, breezy, rainy, sunny, cloudy, smokey (we hope not), you name it. Can I drive to the ceremony?

Answer

While you can absolutely drive, parking is limited and a decent walk to where the action is - we strongly recommend hopping on the shuttle bus from Helena.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm on July 11th, so please be at the ranch around 3:30pm to find a beverage, your seats, and settle in.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that you only RSVP for the name(s) listed on your invitation. If there is an issue, please feel free to give us a call.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding day an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Is Uber available?

Answer

There are no Uber or Lyft drivers at all so please plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Nope.

Can I camp at the venue/on ranch the night of the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will designate a place for people that wish to end their night stumbling back to their tent camping under the stars. Please give Logan (406-461-5513) a shout if you wish to camp out.
