What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive by 2:00 PM to enjoy cocktails, snacks, and mingling before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Huntsville State Park in the Raven Lodge. We will have an usher at the entrance to give directions.

Is there an entrance fee to the park?

Answer

Yes, Huntsville State Park requires a small entrance fee per person but we will be covering the costs either at the gate or as you enter. Please mention that you are with the wedding party as you enter to receive the discount.

What is the attire?

Answer

We suggest garden party / semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind the ceremony and reception will be outdoors and there will be games and activities so comfortable shoes are encouraged.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, rain or shine this will be an outdoor celebration. We recommend checking the weather and planning accordingly.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The celebration will conclude around 8:00 PM but the reception will be causual so that guests can leave whenever needed as we know a lot of our guests have young children.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! Dinner and drinks will be provided during the reception. We will have pizza caterers on site that you can order from at any time and there will be a bar serving beer, wine, and mixed drinks.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.

Will there be parking available?

Yes, parking limited parking is avalible outside of the lodge along with overflow parking nearby.
