We were both in the same field of veterinary medicine, one a doctor, one a vet tech, however, this is not how we met. Like a lot of couples these days between work, friends and family neither of us had a lot of time or opportunity to date, so we started looking for partners online. I found Hannah and spoke first - reeling her in with talk of vet med and video games until I finally mustered up the courage to ask Hannah on a date. We arranged to meet at a local ice cream place called the Comfy Cow. I arrived early (not like me at all) and received a message that Hannah was there, but there was no one to be found. I thought I had been stood up and was about to lose faith until I realized there were two entrances to the ice cream shop. We had arrived at opposite sides and thankfully we both realized this at the same time and finally met. Hannah was adorable at first sight, so naturally I was scared. But somehow, conversation was easy and when she asked if I wanted to walk our dogs together I jumped at the chance. Our dogs Racer and Neville were fast friends and we watched them play while our early connection started to form. It took a few tries for me to fully relax until our third date at Chuy's where Hannah made me an origami frog to quell my nerves. I didn't realize until later, but that moment was when I started to fall in love. Countless puppy play times and Netlifx and chill (literally just chilling, haha) sessions later, we are deeply in love. We are both so happy and we want to announce it to the world with a beautiful wedding witnessed by our loving friends and family.
