When should I RSVP by?

To ensure everyone is accounted for and to help with coordination, we ask that you RSVP by May 15th, 2024.

Where should I stay?
Answer
Unfortunately, we were unable to reserve a hotel block, so you will need to secure your own accommodation. We are sharing our wedding weekend with the first CU Boulder football game of the season and other Labor Day festivities, so please secure a place to stay as soon as possible! Please visit the travel page to view our recommendations. Reach out directly to Hannah if you have additional questions or would like to be connected with other wedding guests to share an Airbnb/VRBO.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal! We want everyone to get fancy while still feeling comfortable. Gowns and tuxes are great but so are cocktail dresses and suits!

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

This is an adult only occasion, so please plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Definitely! You can add a note to your RSVP or reach out directly to Hannah by May 15th with your food allergies. All food at the events will be nut-free and there will be vegetarian and gluten free options.

Is there transportation to and from the venues?
Answer
We recommend you take Uber/Lyft from your accommodation to both the Welcome Mixer and Reception.

Is there parking at the venues?
Answer
We recommend you take Uber/Lyft to both the Welcome Mixer and Reception. If you choose to drive, there is free parking nearby both venues, but it will be crowded on Labor Day weekend! Welcome Mixer parking: There is a small parking lot at the venue. Additional free street parking can be found on Glenwood Ave, located a 5 min walk North of the Rayback. Reception parking: Metered parking on 13th & 14th Streets. Additional parking at One Boulder Plaza (between Canyon & Walnut on 13th).

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We are excited to spend the whole weekend with you all, so we are planning two other events on Saturday, August 31st. You can find more info on the Schedule page. Saturday morning: Fun Run/Walk along the Boulder Creek path to get moving together and take in some great Boulder views! Saturday night: Welcome Mixer to break the ice and get us all in the party mood!
