1:30 pm is when the music will start at St. Johns. Please arrive to the ceremony by 1:45pm. Proceedings begin at 2:00pm.
Our reception is outdoor. Cocktail attire for women, suits and slacks for men.
Valet parking will be provided at the reception. However, if you do not decide to drive to the reception, shuttles will be provided to and from the hotel to the reception and from the reception back to the hotel at the end of the night.
Guests will be able to get an Uber from the hotels provided, but you may not be able to get an Uber from the reception at the end of the night. The reception is located in an area where Ubers may not be available.
No. Guests will be expected to drive to the ceremony, which is located in Cleveland, Ohio. It is 30 minutes from the reception location and from the hotels in Fairlawn, Ohio. After the ceremony is over in Cleveland, shuttles will be available to and from the reception. You may also drive to the reception. Valet parking is available.
The hotels that we have booked for our guests are in Fairlawn, Ohio. They are located thirty minutes from the ceremony in Cleveland and ten minutes from the reception in Wadsworth.

Therefore, after guests make their way back to Fairlawn after the ceremony in Cleveland, a shuttle service will be provided for the rest of the night. The distance from the hotels in Fairlawn and the reception location in Wadsworth is ten minutes.
Cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and more! It is a tented reception, therefore, we will have a floor under the covered tent (will not be grass). Hannah knows how important this is for ladies shoes choices :)
