Our Day at The Chalfonte

4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Our dress code is black tie optional. Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. For men, this includes tuxedos or dark suits with a tie. For women, this includes floor length gowns or dresses that fall below the knee. Please be mindful of heels, as our ceremony is in the hotel's garden!

Ceremony 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm Willow Tree Garden Live music will begin at 3:30pm, so we encourage you to arrive early to enjoy the entertainment! Street parking is available and meters will be active. We ask that you arrive no later than 3:45pm to find your seats and settle in. *In the event of rain, our ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm and will be relocated to the covered porch/inside the main venue.* Cocktail Hour 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm The King Edward Bar Grab your favorite cocktail and make your way to the front porch for live music and hors d'oeuvres! Reception 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm The Magnolia Room Meal Preferences: Chalfonte "Surf & Turf" - petite filet mignon & Miss Lucille's crab cake with garlic buttermilk mashed potatoes and herbed cauliflower and broccoli. *pre-selected for all guests* Vegan/Vegetarian - gluten free potato gnocchi with zucchini, tomato, spinach, corn and lemon. Children in the Wedding Party can choose between the Surf & Turf OR chicken tenders and fries.
