Will there be in open bar?

Answer

Yes there will be an open bar!

Question

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 3:45pm which is 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow you to park (unless you are ubering or have an alternative form of transportation) and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony you will not be allowed to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of room to park your vehicle along the sides of the venue. However, if you plan on drinking please consider utilizing Uber or carpool with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While I will send out reminders. please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all our guests in an elevated casual attire, meaning jeans or dress pants and a button down for men. For women sundresses, maxi dresses or dress pants and a blouse for women who prefer to not wear dresses. Please keep in mind the the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the Florida weather likes to change a lot so dress accordingly.

What is for dinner?

Answer

We are arranging for tacos and horchata to be served at the reception for dinner.

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 29th. If you are not RSVP’d by this date we unfortunately do not have the ability to accommodate as the the final head count will be finalized and the couple will have reached out to remind you that the RSVP deadline is closely approaching.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the venue. The ceremony will be outside around the back of the venue under a tall, beautiful tree and the reception will take place in the barn. Cocktail hour will also be outside however there is an overhang on the patio and will be shaded. Please be prepared to be outside for the ceremony and the cocktail hour.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited due to limited space at the venue.

What are the colors for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding colors are navy blue and sage green.

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream color attire?

Answer

No, please allow the bride to have her day. Thank you.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend". If you have already RSVP'd as attending, but if you find that you will not be able to make it please notify Olivia (561) 797-2505 or Brooke (201) 927-0738.
