What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 17th, 2025 by visiting the RSVP tab of our wedding website. If your availability has changed, we totally understand—plans can shift! Whether you can no longer attend or are now able to join us, we’d love to hear from you. Please update your RSVP or text the bride & groom at least 7 days before wedding day to accommodate for dinner.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal Attire: We suggest men wear a suit/sport coat or dress shirt and women wear a full, mid or knee length dress or elegant separates. We kindly request no jeans or casual wear.

Where is The Meadows Events center?
Answer
The reception center is attached to Prairie Meadows Casino, Hotel & Racetrack. You will see an entrance for The Meadows in between the hotel & casino entrances. Cars are able to stay in the parking lot overnight.

Do you have reserved hotel rooms?
Answer
Yes! Please visit the Travel tab for block information. Prairie Meadows Hotel is attached to our reception venue. Discounted room cutoff date is August, 27th or when the block is full. We also have rooms at the La Quinta which is directly across the street from the casino. Room cutoff date is September 6th.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are having an assigned seated event. Unless it is indicated on your invite or on our wedding website under RSVP, we ask you do not bring any additional guests.
Question
What should I do in between the ceremony & cocktail hour?
Answer
We suggest using this time to travel from the ceremony to reception & get checked into the hotel. See our 'Things To Do" page for activity ideas, including live horse racing starting @ 4p.m. at Prairie Meadows.
