When should I RSVP by?

Answer

At least 30 days prior to the date. Before May 1st please :)

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is for the ceremony and cocktail hour to be outdoors (weather dependent) and the reception indoors! If it’s bad weather the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved inside.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

There is no transportation provided to The Annex for the start of the ceremony or reception. There will be a bus after the reception going back to East Aurora for those staying there and for anyone who would like to continue the party at Rookies Sports Bar! Ubers are a little more accessible in East Aurora as well if you wanted to get home or elsewhere afterwards from there! If you are planning to Uber/take a ride-share service from The Annex we HIGHLY recommend to schedule it beforehand as they are much harder to schedule/request a ride once out there later in the night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Annex does have a parking lot on their property. You are allowed to leave your car there until 9 am the next morning if needed!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We’re so grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
