We’re so excited to have you join us on April 4th, 2025 at The Citadel Beach Club on Isle of Palms for our wedding celebration! We know you may have some questions as you plan your trip and prepare for the big day, so we’ve put together this FAQ to help make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us finalize our plans, we kindly ask that you RSVP by March 7, 2025. You can RSVP easily on our website. We want to make sure we have enough food, drinks, and seats for everyone, so your response is very much appreciated!

What's the attire?

Answer

Our wedding attired is beach formal—think elegant and relaxed, perfect for a beautiful seaside celebration! For men, we recommend a lightweight suit or dress slacks with a button-up shirt. You can skip the tie if you’d like, and feel free to opt for loafers that are comfortable for walking on the lawn and dancing the night away! For women, a chic cocktail dress, flowy maxi dress, or dressy jumpsuit will be perfect. Flat sandals, wedges, or block heels are a great choice for the beach setting—just keep in mind that the ceremony will be on the lawn, so choose shoes that are easy to walk in on grass! We want everyone to feel stylish and comfortable while embracing the relaxed, coastal vibe of our special day. Can’t wait to see all of your gorgeous outfits!

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but after careful consideration, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. We hope this will allow our guests to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us in a way that feels special for everyone. Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, we will not be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue. We kindly ask that guests either drive themselves or use ride-sharing services (like Uber or Lyft) to get to The Citadel Beach Club. There will be ample on-site parking available. If you have any questions or need recommendations for local transportation options, feel free to reach out to us! We want to make sure you have a smooth and stress-free experience.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, so around 4:30 p.m.. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before we begin at 5:00 p.m.. Since our venue is at the beach, we suggest arriving a little earlier to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and grab a refreshing drink before the ceremony starts. We can’t wait to see you there!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have created a wedding registry to help us get started on our new life together. You can find the details on our Registry Page. Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for, but if you would like to contribute to our home or honeymoon fund, we would be so grateful!
