There are many direct flights to PVR, including from SFO, LAX, DFW, and ORD. We urge you to book your tickets ASAP to secure a reasonable price. (Legend has it that tickets are cheapest on Tuesday and Wednesday from midnight to 7:30am Pacific Time 👀) For family and friends traveling from outside of USA, we greatly appreciate your presence! Let us know in advance, so we can help you with COVID vaccines requirements, lodging, visa...etc

The airport is about 15-20 mins away from the resort. Cabs or Uber are the most convenient option. The fare for Uber is around $7 USD.

Sales People

Overall, the process from getting off the plane to arriving to the hotel room is straightforward. There will be two major sales pitch along the way: 1. Right after leaving customs, there will be sales people leading you to the counter, trying to introduce the city to you and sell you activity packages. 2. Right after checking in, there will be hotel staff trying to give you coupons and sell you Unlimited Vacation Membership. If you are not interested in either one, just politely and firmly decline and they will leave you alone.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa

This is an all inclusive resort, including food, drinks and room service. It is kid friendly, and the hotel provides daily activities such as beach volleyball and kid friendly games. The resort also has a Kids and Teens Club for children 3-17 years old. Directly next door there is also Secret Vallarta Bay, an adult only resort. You can book this resort if you'd like. Both resorts lead to the wedding venue.

As of Dec 14, 2021, the cheapest deal we can find for Junior Suite Ocean View, All inclusive, from March 25-27 is $271/night. You are welcome to do your own research, or if you would like us to book on your behalf, please message us directly. Puerto Vallarta and the resort are so beautiful that we encourage everyone to stay more than 3 days... (this can be an opportunity for your annual vacation!)
