We have reserved a hotel block for our guests at the Francis Marion Hotel in downtown Charleston (approximately 25 minutes from the venue). While many of our family members and bridal party will be staying in the Charleston area, there are also plenty of hotels and Airbnbs available closer to the venue in Mount Pleasant. If you do not plan to drive to the venue, we recommend staying near The Hotel Bennett so you can easily catch the shuttle.
Attire: Formal / Semi-Formal We kindly request formal or semi-formal attire. Suits and ties for men, and long or midi-length dresses for women.
We absolutely love your little ones, and families are welcome! That said, our venue has limited space and we’re planning an intimate celebration best suited for adults. If you’re able to make it a getaway and enjoy the evening kid-free, we’d love that — but if travel or logistics make that tough, we completely understand and are happy to have them join. Please let us know if you're interested in babysitting services while in Charleston. We’re happy to share recommendations for reputable local sitters.
Yes, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue. Pick-up will be at The Hotel Bennett, which is across the street from Francis Marion. Please arrive for the shuttle at 4:30 pm. Bus is leaving at 4:45pm. Transportation back to hotel via shuttle: Earlier Trip: 9:30 pm Later Trip: 11:00pm (end of wedding)
Parking is available at the venue for those who choose to drive. The venue is approximately 25 minutes from both the Francis Marion and the Hotel Bennett, located in downtown Charleston.
