Please dress comfortably for an outdoor/indoor summer wedding (there will be lawn games) with a semi-formal aesthetic.
Yes! The Happy Days Lodge has its own designated parking lot, separated from the Lodge by a short walkway which brings you under the main road. Parking closer to the Lodge is available for anyone with accessibility concerns - please don't hesitate to reach out.
We have a registry here on Zola (cash funds and individual items), but gift cards to places like AirBnB, HipCamp, REI, etc are a great idea. The gift of your presence alone is also not taken for granted. Kindly know that we are well stocked on all kitchen items and are not in need of any dishes, utensils, or appliances at the moment!
The Conservancy staff will be hosting the bar during the evening, and we will be working with them to guarantee fun, adult NA options for all (as well as some alcoholic options). Recommendations welcome!
We are still working to find our caterer for the event, but we want to make sure everyone is comfortable (and that includes being fed). Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
We ask that you please test yourself for COVID-19 within 24 hours of the event. If you are feeling unwell, do not take chances by attending and know that we will find another time and place to celebrate with you! Masks are welcome - the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Outdoor activities will be arranged, weather permitting!
While this is the marriage of a man and a woman, this is an LGBTQ wedding! Hannah identifies as pan (no, not in love with kitchen utensils), and many friends and family members are part of the LGBTQ community. We ask that the utmost love and respect be shared with all wedding party members and guests.
